Arthritis At Home Episode 80 – Myositis, muscle weakness and staying physically active

In this episode of Arthritis At Home, we are sharing the #CRArthritis interview Arthritis Broadcast Network conducted with Helene Alexanderson, Association Professor and physical therapist at the Karolinska University Hospital and Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden. She explains what myositis is and shares her insights about muscle weakness and staying physically active while living with the disease.

Helene’s research aims to understand mechanisms for muscle weakness, to study clinical and molecular effects of exercise and to develop clinical outcome measures for adults with myositis.
